Is my intellectual property safe on Boombox?
Under our terms of service, your intellectual property that you create or upload to Boombox is 100% protected. It is not accessible by anybody unless you share it with them, and Boombox does not have any rights to any of your IP.
What methods of payment are supported?
Boombox subscriptions are processed through stripe. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover) and Google pay are accepted.
What is the cancelation policy?
You can cancel a paid plan at any time for any reason. Your paid account will remain active until your subscription’s next renewal date. That will vary depending on whether you selected a monthly or annual plan.
Does Boombox compress my files once they're uploaded? How do I playback in high fidelity?
Original files are 100% unmodified, but to ensure cross-device playback (and streaming) we convert to mp3. We recommend downloading before to listening to your song or track to ensure at the highest audio quality.
How many collaborators can I invite to my project?
Every plan (both free and paid) allows for unlimited collaborator invitations to be sent by a project administrator.
How do monthly and yearly plans differ?
There is a 17% discount applied to any yearly plan vs. its monthly counterpart. Consider it a “thank you” from us to you for the commitment!
Will I be charged a sales tax?
Yes. Legally, we have to add any sales taxes applicable to your billing address.
